Blue Care Network of Michigan is a nonprofit health maintenance organization owned
by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Established in 1998, we have nearly a half million members. As an HMO, we have aligned
our programs and coverage with our belief that our members feel better and have a better quality of life and that health care
is less expensive when we:
· Invest in preventing illness and injury
· Provide comprehensive programs so members who are sick or injured have the tools
they need to recover
· Make it easy for members to get the care they need in the most appropriate setting
