Membership
Membership dues of $250 entitles your organization
to full access to the secure area of our website, including participation in all webcasts and access to all members, sponsors,
presentations and papers. Membership runs from Forum to Forum of each year. You are welcome to join at any time throughout
the year.
Attendance to the annual Forum, including membership is $1750 and entitles up to two
(2) members from your organization to attend the Sunday night through Wednesday afternoon sessions, meals and networking
activities. As our way of saying thank you for attending, each additional attendee (3 or more) from your organization
will pay $750 to attend and participate in all activities. Register by February 1st, 2010 to waive the Membership
Dues. Attendance to this event is limited to 75 health plan Executives and Senior Managers.
