General Membership – $1,750.00 for first two people and $750.00 for each additional person from the same organization

    • Attendance to the annual forum (Sunday - Wednesday, meals and networking activities)

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL – Paid registrations before February 15, 2013 are just $1,500

First Time Health Plan Membership – $950.00 for the first person and $750.00 for each additional personal from the same organization
